It will all be tabulated and showed (points added up )
So you will see all your L1E2R2 ect.
It will also tell you if you are eligible for JC or not/MI/ Poly in your result slip.

wah means fail maths = ITE liao la?.. haiz singapore education system quite stress
@Junyang700
Unless they change the grading method, I guess what you post is correct.
Except the A1- 75 -100 to F9 - 0-39
Well it is not necessarily like that. They use bell curve I heard.
@Ksfexchange
There is no need to worry about the cut-off point for now. Just wait for your result and they will give you the cut off point for current batch.
Good luck for your O level result.

Go appeal those not very popular course in poly. :) Usually those with 300+ intake. Some 27 score can go in.. provided retake some O level subject. I.e. making deal with poly. conditional offer.

The marks given are a rough gauge. It depends how the same cohort that did the same paper with you fare.
My year was the year of Tiger... where most of the students' parents are "ang moh pai" parents... so that year... my English was harder to get a B3.. but getting a A1 for Chinese was a breeze.... my English and Chinese standard both fare at B3... but i ended up getting a C5 for English and A1 for Chinese.

You sec 1 or sec 3?
Very easy to get 26 points one la
You every subject get C5
then 5 subjects times C5 = 25
can go poly already.

If I'm not wrong they will take your prelim grades as your result.

Sure or not ? Don't anyhow say hor.
This is not the school exam lor.
This is the actual "O" level exam leh.
Where got take prelim grades as actual "O" level grades even if there are valid
medical excuses.

Even if you are sick on that day, You'll be asked to report to a centre (not your school) to take your O's.
If you really like sick until cannot take exam, They will look for 'other alternatives' as your grades.

If you really like sick until you cannot take the exam, you will be taken as being unable to complete the exam just like candidates who hand up empty pages as their answers and you will get the "U for Ungraded" grade.

Got.
Last time i take O level got one teacher tell me before a student who is good in maths, suffer head injury before O level. Hospitalise, i think kena concussion or what.
The O level result come out very bad.
Teacher write a report and they took the student's prelim result(which is a grade A) as O level result. Of coz they look at the student report book since sec 1 as reference before deciding whether to take prelim as final grade.

It is hard to believe that MOE and Cambridge will bend the rule for a particular student and disregard the integrity of the Singapore-Cambridge "O" level examination system that have existed for decades.
By the way, in which year is your classmate who suffers head injury and what is his name and MOE uses his Prelim grade as the "O" level grade ?

I donno what year and i donno who is he/her. Not my school one.
I only know my teacher got tell us about this before coz he is the one who write the report.
I just want to tell you that they do take prelim results if anything happens.
There are cases like these.
