公函
format, where u put 地�，称呼
æ ‡é¢˜ cannot be too long. around 7 to 10 words
first para, introduce urself, why u write this letter
second para, details of the matter
third para, praise a bit then say hope u can consider/look into the matter
ending 谢谢

tone must be formal, no need too flowery descriptive language. crisp to-the-point sentences.
