As mentioned in the title... how you know that you have studied enough for the exams? one more month to exams and i am already panicking if i have studied enough for my exams... i have not started doing any exams paper yet... all along, i continue to revise what i have learnt daily... however, i still feel that i might not score well in my coming exams...
. What you need is confidence. Have some confidence. Try to cover what you have been taught and revise till you are confident of answering the questions

Depends on what subjects.
From experience,
Maths/Chemistry/Physics/Engineering concepts etc ---> You need lots of practices to be safe. Do random questions if you know how to do them all you can have confidence.
Biology/Geography ---> Try to recap every chapter main points by looking at the main heading then recalling subpoints, those subjects are the easiest to find out studied enough.
