  Depend on which type you are refering too and what are the criteria you're looking for. There are many types of E-learning system software.

  The world most popular and flexible E-learning System is Moodle.

  I think there's one software which I forgotten it's name, it is also a good one  Can see Keller's Plan in action, and Bloom's taxonomy in real life example.

  i.e. you must complete this module before moving on to the next. You can refer to the resources anytime you want for as many times as you want. Then it has a grading system where it'll record down your grades.

  I know NYP got use this similar software.

  I'm from NYP. My school is using Blackboard Learn for our e-learning system (notes, tutorial and assessment)

  That means........ different faculty is using different LMS.  

   

  It's the  faculty head that is making the decision of using which LMS... Some times Biz school, SIT and SEG uses all totally different LMS.
