Can a Personal Recount be written like in a Narrative?

  Short answer : Yes

  Personal recount is written as 1st person whereas narrative may be written in both 1st person and 3rd person depending on the marker. But I would advise you to always stick to 1st person for personal recount and 3rd person for narrative since u are probably taking the O levels. Grammar and tenses are the same for both qns except for the pronoun.

  What wenshih say is true ,

  this is very subjective .Depends on how the question is asked

  for example "Describe an incident you are forced to admit mistake over things you have not done "
