  Why can’t get a full circle using CG (TI-84 Plus) for the following equation?

  (x-3)² + (y+2)² = 25

  (y+2)² = 25 - (x-3)²

  y = ±√[25 - (x-3)²] – 2

  Y1 = √[25 - (x-3)²] – 2

  Y2 = -Y1 - 4
