Literature Help please!

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I need help with Literature. We're doing The Effect of Gamma Rays by Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds by Paul Zindel. We're expected to understand and analyse the book in preparation for the upcoming tests. However, I don't quite understand the book. Is there any online resource that has notes for the book? I tried eNotes and BookRags but they are pretty expensive. Please help! Your kindness will be appreciated! :)

Thanks charlize for your reply. Hmm Wikipedia is pretty helpful but it only analyses characterisation and a brief plot.

Actually, there are two The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds. One is a drama by Paul Zindel and another is a movie by Paul Newman (an adaptation of the drama). We're studying the drama. So the movie is quite irrelevant. As for the dramas, none of them seem quite helpful :(
