what happens when a charged wire touches a neutral insulator like pesticide. this is like in the case of a crop sprayer where the highly charged wire induces an opposite charge on the droplets. the mentioned method is all i can think off as pesticide is an insulator so charges CANNOT be induced but im not sure when they touch will electrons be transfer from 1 to another?
