Questions about the SAT

  I read that the tests normally start around 8.30-9 and each subject test takes 1 hour. But there is still time needed for collection and giving out of papers after each subject test. So in total around how much time is needed to take 3 subject tests?
  
  Can anyone who has taken the SAT II before share what time the tests start and when it ended?
  
  Also, in my NIRC my name is listed with my sir name first followed by my Chinese name then my English name. What is my first,middle and last name then?
