Help needed..

Hello, I am a student from NYP having a project on motorised wheelchair for easy access to teh toilet and without the disabled to leave the wheelchair. However, I needed to ask for the opinion of the people if they would like this product. So does anyone know any links that is like a forum for disabled or wheelchair user in Singapore?.. It would be a great help if anyone is able to help out. Thank you.

Go down personally to NUH, and ask the patient care asisstant. They will be more willing to provide you answers to your question. I believe you're at the engineering side, you may go to health science block and collect valuable feedback from year 2 and year 3 nursing student. They will have a lot to tell you.

Thanks for some info.. well.mabe some can also state opinion if this would help in any family? Its uses motorised wheelchair, so it will be alot easier for the person to go toilet alone without any help and standing up. Thanks again, i shall ask some student

You may wish to arrange an interview with the people at Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA). Because they have work with enriching lives of handicaps, they will be more willing to share with you their experience.
