Now is a little early to say that what you study determines your job in the future but i wld rather you study sth that interests you because it can essentially help you to score better. Most importantly, where does your interest lies?
Take whatever your results indicate you are good at. Interest is of limited use if you can't do well in ur O levels to qualify for JC.
1. Triple Sci + SS (compulsory) + Elect Hist
2. Chem, phy + SS + Pure Geog + Elect Hist
3. Chem, phy + SS + Pure Lit + Elect Hist
just fyi,
You will not require O level bio background if you wishes to take up bio in JC. But it will be good exposure though, since bio is quite unlike phy and chem.
And food for thought: Why would you think that you will do better for Geog in sec 3 and 4? The teachers are going to be the same, so option 2 is not advisable.
Just stick to your forte, fulfill your L1R5 requirement.
List down your 6 strongest subjects, and if have room for more, then pick those which interest you.

i dont know if I should take up pure lit but I really dislike studying plays..! So yes I know I'm doing well in lit but what's the point if I'm going to be studying something i dont like.. i'm fine with unseen proses/poems though.
in that case u'll probably nid to do some research on whether play is a compulsory study component in you were to persue lit at a higher level.
i suggested that because from your results you look more like a language/humans person rather than science. Din want you to follow my footsteps of a wrong choice.
Hopefully it helps.
Pure Lit is very useful in strengthening the ability to use English Language, orally and wirtten, at your age.
