1st: introduced myself, say the purpose of the letter i.e. choice chosen, and that i will suggest how to organise the day trip
2nd:introduce the choices, re state my choice
3rd:benefits of my choice
4th:-ve of other choices
5th:how to organise ( i write 1 short paragraph only leh T_T)
6th: conclusionHELP EVALUATE TY!

Actually i think it's ok. As long as all your points are relevant. The question also didnt mention that you have to compare the other points. dont worry.
