You attended secondary school lab practical sessions before you withdrew, therefore just delcare "yes" on the SEAB website, and you can proceed to register for your private 'O' levels.
Science with Practical paper:If you are registering for a Science subject with a practical paper at O-Level, you must(a) have sat the subject at O-Level previously, OR(b) be currently attending or will be attending a course of instruction in the subjectoffered at an ITE or a private school.

Don't worry about it. Go ahead and register.
