Poly to Uni

  hi guys! i am currently doing my final year ( intern) in poly.

  My first 5 sem gpa is 3.67 and i believe that if i do well for my intern, i can pull up my gpa upto 3.72~5. 

  My questions is that some people are saying that uni will only look at first 5 sem results. If then whats the point doing my final sem? and most importantly , for nus, my course 10 percentile gpa is 3.7 which i may get with my 6 sem results..  i am kinda very confused because i am at borderline

  You can apply Uni using your 5 semester results. After you gotten your GPA for the whole course, you have to send them the latest results.  Nothing wrong doing the 6th semester. They see it as "If you're consistent with your results, the results from 5th and 6th would not be significant". It's also for guy who will be going to NS the following year to submit the 5th semester results to secure a place in Uni first.
