Advice on PSC scholarship

  Can anyone enlighten me on PSC scholarships?

  //FormatError is waiting for his 'A' level results to be out.  The degree of his choice in not offered in Singapore. He probably needs a scholarship to get himself a placesoverseas. He wonders if a PSC scholarship would be a good choice for him. He is not sure how much pressure these scholars face.

  You might want to think through carefully first. PSC is PUBLIC SERVICE. Must see if you are ready to commit for 4-6 years of bond period. But since it is overseas then should be six. You'll probably need to jump from ministries to ministries and endure stressful joblife.
  
  I've heard of stories of people breaking their bond and going to private sectors cos they don't like it. Anyway, good luck if you were to sign up for it!
