Question about collection of 2011 A Level results

What am I supposed to do if I'm unable to goto school to collect results? Do i call to get them to send to me?

No, they won't send the result slip to you.
You can collect it at your school's administration office, they'll keep the result slip for you, just need to bring your IC along to collect. As for the certificate itselfs, you will have to wait for a few more months because it's not ready for collect yet. When the certificate is ready, the school will call you or you can give the school a call after May to check if the certificates have arrived.

No need call the school, just go to the administration office and produce your IC. If you want to ask a schoolmate to collect it for you, probably you'll have to write a letter of authorization. It's a simple letter which goes....
To whom it may concern,
I, (your name), IC, (S1234567X), for some reason could not come to collect my result slip personally and therefore authorize (your schoolmate's name), IC, (S7654321Z), to collect my GCE A Level results slip on my behalf.
