I have just finish my poly and is holding a diploma in Chemical Engineering. Have read through many of the forums regarding the private insititution in singapore and decided to ask some question.
1) I will like to choose a life science course for my degrees as i realize that i have no interest in maths and engineering, chemical engineering was a wrong choice for me. Is it possible for me to change out now? what is the possiblity?
2) Heard that the admin/service of MDIS is not that good, what about the lab facilities and lectures?
3)Anyone studying Bs in biotechnology in MDIS? care to share pls?
my friend studied in mdis and she has just graduated from tourism course. Hmm she has never complain about the service in mdis though...
Hi. My fren is studying in MDIS in a bio related course. I think he finds it interesting. He got bites from mice expts before! He finds immunology lectures a bit dry.
Some parts of the bio course you may enjoy, some parts you may not enjoy. You need to have strong bio background to attend this MDIS course.
You have to graduate with a good honours in order to compete with the bright NUS NTU students.

Like you mentioned,we need to have good bio background for this course, but i studied chemical enginnering for my past 3 yrs. I'm afraid that i might not be enrolled into the course, but still i will give it a try! I believe the practical sessions will be fun. Always love lab lessons=)
Hi Rubes
I myself personally was a student n graduated with BA in Mass Comm.. just want to share my experience. :) Their student care services r definitely improving and i especially like the campus life environment while I was studying there. some of my classmates came frm all over the world.. pretty cool actually. good for networking too. if u r the sporty kind, must check out the gym! huuge.
Do not limit your options. Try comparing MDIS and PSB Academy.
