He's only 9 & has passed GCE O level chemistry & physics.
But SEAB says O levels must be at least 15 years old to register for exams.
So how can he register for his exams? Or is those 2 subjects IGCSE, different version of O levels? Anyone knows?

Although both GCE and IGCSE exams are offered by Cambridge (amongst other examining boards) and are equally recognized, only Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Levels is under the jurisdiction of MOE-SEAB, while Cambridge International Exams' IGCSE O Levels is not.
