  Hi I need help with this integration question, 

  integrate (3x+1)/(2x+1) wrt x

  I tried integrating by parts but not able to solve it, can anyone help? thanks in advance.

  1. Long division first, get 3/2 -(1/2)(1/(2x+1))

  2. Integrate to get (3/2)x -(1/4)lnl2x+1l + constant
