The CATS Recruit Scholarship & Top University Fair, organised by Singapore Press Holdings' CATS Classified, will be held this Sunday at Suntec Singapore.
This year's fair will feature almost 40 universities and 12 scholarship boards. The fair targets students with outstanding calibre seeking scholarship support for their overseas studies at universities from the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany.
Students and officials from the educational institutions will be at the fair to share insights and answer questions from visitors. Seven out of the eight Ivy League universities - Cornell, Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Princeton, Yale and the University of Pennsylvania - are amongst the prestigious line-up of top universities that will be present.
There will also be a series of talks by the United States Education Information Centre (USEIC), the British Council, and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). To help students with the financial aspect of tertiary education, RHB Bank will also be present to offer various study loan options.
One of the participating universities, Tufts University will organize an admission talk : "Behind Closed Doors: How US Admissions Decisions Are Made". The program, led by Tufts University, will take place on Thursday, August 2nd at 7pm at Raffles Institution and again on Friday, August 3rd at 7:00pm at Hwa Chong Institution.
