Yes, but only if you score an A1 or A2 in your combined Chem + Phys science, then every JC will allow you to take H2 Chem + H2 Phys.
Otherwise (if you only pass your combined science, instead of an A1 or A2), then only Millenia Institute will allow you to take H2 Science.
And you're right, to be eligible to apply for Medicine, you need H2 Chem and either H2 Phys or H2 Bio. And in practice, you need A grades for every subject at A levels to stand a chance of a successful application.

YJC, SAJC, PJC, JJC, MI allow I think.
Not sure about other JCs. I can check with my students or past students from SRJC, TJC, NJC, VJC, AJC, MJC, NYJC, CJC if u need. No point checking for RJC and HCI because these are predominantly IP schools. I don't have any students from RVHS or Dunman, so can't check too.
Which JCs are you looking at? Or which area of Singapore?

As a VJC student, official webpage is as follows with 3 stars means (h1, H2, H3), that means a yes for VJC technically, however, from my experience is no generally
