Title says all. Anyone knows? Reason why I'm asking is because I think I did badly for my Physics and Chemistry SPA, and I'm trying to set a goal for the marks I should get for the written paper to still get an A1 overall
Im sure you can calculate yourself. But I have already done so im gonna tell you that you have to get about 85% (my math may be wrong but im sure its around this range). For paper 1, aim for a high 35~40 and try to touch or get above 60 for paper 2 (its over 80)
It's not about the 85% that matters.
For maths, and for physics, the most important is your presentation of your answers. You may get the final answer correct, but if bad presentation takes away a lot of your marks, you will still not be able to score.
So while you prepare for your O levels, take careful note on your presentation too.
I always tell my students, help the markers give you marks by being clear in your presentations.
