how to get the integral?
this one also.
Use wolfram integration calculator lah
Just key in the two questions and presto you will get your answer lah

I have the answer, I just need the steps to solve, must use simple substitution for both.

Your homework huh ?
I will not write out the whole solution ie you must try to solve it yourself.
I will guide you by giving the substitution.
For question 1, the substitution is let u = sqrt x
For question 2, the substitution is let u = sqrt (4e^x+1)

Not homework, self study.
ok i'll find du and do it.
2nd one integration by parts , hopefully can get

TS says that question 2 is to be solved by integration by substitution.
This question is a bit tricky.
Do not be surprised that after du/dx, replace dx by [(Sqrt(4e^x+1)du]/(2e^x) , simplify to get e^x/2 du.
Do another substitution ie e^x/2= (1/8)/(u^2 - 1)
Integrate with respect to u
Substitute back to get the final answer ie (1/12)[sqrt(4e^x+1)](2e^x-1)
