JC TO POLY

Guys any idea how to go from JC to poly?like how do I apply and all that stuff?is it using SingPass?
and also any suggestions on any good business courses in SP or NP?

haha im lyk u also, trying to transfer from jc to poly, cos i kinda retain in j1 and kinda want a change of environment too...and yes u must use singpass to apply for this yr's JAE...if u dunno wad's yr singpass, or dun have it or wadeva, u can get it at the Community clubs immediately..but not all community clubs have it tho, only some and you will have to check it on the singpass website. To transfer to poly u will first have to quit yr jc first, and to do it u will have to get a form from the sch office...i just got mine tdy, the form say must meet yr civics tutor, exit interview with VP, principal's approval, system update to be completed by Data comm, Exam comm, PW comm blahblah, also need to inform ICA to to terminate student pass since poly students use those kind of special adult fare pass, so got a lot of paper work! may i noe why u want to transfer? can share reasons wif me ? can pm me if u want to. maybe we are even in the same jc lol. my jc super boring de.
as for biz course, i think international biz quite cool, got ppl one year travel 3 times bcos of the course iirc...

you should join the JAE excerise for this year and go thru the similar procedure as the rest.

JJC arh, can say quite boring, no culture de. dun have mugging culture also. got quite abit of china ppl... aircon everywhere cos we are near airport so need to close windows due to noise distraction. i actly transferred from cjc to jjc at start of the year, so i can say that compared to cjc, jjc is rly boring and no life. cjc is the shit man! got a lot of culture and ppl can just go across diff level and class to talk to others just out of the blue. jjc no such thing. if u can get used to mundane sch life and tahan it well, dun want to socialise, maybe jjc is for u...but cjc is the fun one la..cjc also got a lot of chio bus and yandaos....jjc dun have

Can't get in Cjc,neither do I want to go there if i am given the chance.I feel that Jjc/Pjc feels like my sec school.(pace,students,teachers) I carry mugging energy around with me,hehe,I am able to motivate the less hardworking students to become hardworking!
Of course,hardwork does not guarantee success,in order to do well,you must adapt to different circumstances. Actually,I choosed pioneer as my first choice based on that it does not have noise distraction + the open house proves to me that the sch life there is not mundane. i am goal-oriented by nature,but i also want to learn how to be lively and socialise with others,then i can achieve balance.Pioneer Jc open house proves to me that there is life in the school.I must agree with you that jurong jc is mundane,boring but I disagree with PJc(my first choice) Even if it is mundane,I can get used to it. I go Jc to work hard to improve again from my O levels,to get to my career choice. Regarding the chio bu and yan dao part,I will make friends with highly motivated individuals in their studies>of course,I am not neglecting personal relationships(not BGR,but true friendship) -

Ahh looks like I may be your OGL this year :) . Yep PJC got its own programmes so it's certainly not mundane. However finding motivated individuals...depends on class. Nevertheless, just work hard :) . You can ask me anything about the school, I shall try my best to answer :) . 2013 JC2 Pioneer Student. -
OGL,head of student council? I might have seen you during the open house or not. I didn't do well for O levels(17 raw because I overworked(studied too much) ) However,I did well for EL B3.I already done a fair number of newspaper cut-outs for General Paper(essay content),now working on rephrasing skills on comprehension. In that case,I will pm you.

haha,no choice but to study hard. Paper qualifications chase to get to my career choice.I somewhat enjoy studying and can't wait for school to start.(i am the opposite from my peers) I will not only study hard but also study smart
