Can anyone help me out with this? I understand it's a personal problem but sincerely hope to seek some advices and suggestions from you.
I graduated from with local polytechnic last Feb with a merit diploma, GPA 3.78 fter applying to several local Uni's, I received offers from NTU and NUS but courses offered are computer/arts related. Honestly speaking, I don't intend interested in picking up a computer/programming related job in future. Despite the low interest in IT related stuff, I still managed to score distinctions and A's in my course of study at poly. Currently, I am accepted SIM-RMIT Business Management, (something that really interest me, I like business but have not decided which field I would like to venture in future) nd in a deliema if I should go ahead with RMIT or should I take gap year and apply for local u (SMU/NTU/NUS) next year again.
NUS and NUS I couldn't get into the business schools, neither NTU-economics. As for SMU, I submitted close to 4 apprasials from my mentors, including one from a local bank supervisor I still failed.. :(
PLEASE, IN HELP NOW.
How about going to SIM? You can still do very well in SIM and get an good honours and employers will wanna take you in. The finance sector is highly competitive but usually financially rewarding.
Go for your passion.
All the best.
