The producers of the upcoming TV series El Chapo, based on imprisoned Mexican drug cartel kingpin Joaquin Guzman, are in a predicament. If they go ahead with the series, due next year, the drug cartel will sue them (for not paying them fees to use their names and stories), and should the drug cartel lose in court, they might seek revenge out of court in violent, murderous ways. But if the TV producers pay the drug cartel licensing fees for the TV series, they would be accused of financially contributing to organized crime and the drug trade. Either way, they lose.

Im currently in MI Y1 so i wanted to complete my year1 and achieve good grades so that next year i could change to tampines jc(nearer to my house) and start from Y1 over there.
i know that overall i will still be taking 3years to complete my Alvls but bec the environment in MI is not much suitable and the competition with other jc is high i wished to transfer
this year i was not able to go to an jc bec my olvl points were very poor
so i wanted to know whether its possible if i were to transfer sch next year and what are the requirements?
