  got this in an email last night, from an ang moh friend ....
  
  the title was "Welcome to Winnipeg" ...
  
  winnipeg is a city in manitoba, canada, famous for being the birthplace of winnie-the-pooh ...
  
  the video was taken from the security camera footage of a local mall, and the chap is a "native/aboriginal" aka "red indian" to the rest of the world ...
