  but i think its not that easy to get them...
  unfortunately, loads of chemical substances are controlled in sg...
  they are liquid, not solid, if solid, it might be easier.

  you can get hydrogen peroxide at any drug store/pharmacy or anywhere that sells band-aids (plastic bandage strips)...you use it to clean scrapes and cuts.

  its a weak acid.
  and most of those u find are ultra diluted.
  some hair bleach contains 3% of it.
