[local] Driver cannot parallel park

Its true alot of singapore drivers do not know how to parallel park, simply because it is not emphasized during their course of getting a licence. Also a fact is that not many places in singapore require you to parallel park. But you do get better with practice.
In countries such as Oz or US, they teach you only how to parallel park, nothing else.

not used much in singapore so people are not very good at it. Practice makes better (hopefully)
