I was dreaming the whole game....as in hoping that some utd player would conjure up some magic and steal the game. Haha, as I watched the game, memories of the yesteryears kept rolling back, thinking nostalgically about quintessential Utd fighting back against AC Milan when 2 goals down, winning the European Cup when 1 nil down and 2nd best to Bayern Munich for 99% of the game.
I looked around the TV screen the whole time, looking for a player who could do it. There's a good mixture of youth and experience....but I couldn't help feel that the last star we have ever had was ronaldo.
It's a wake up call. Even if utd win the league by some sheer luck, it cannot be denied that some players were plain mediocre. Carrick, jones....even long time servants like scholes, giggs and evra. Many times city got the ball around the final third and passed like barcelona. Utd's passes were tepid and crosses were inacurate the whole night. And valencia and young should have started the game.
Looking forward to fresh changes next season.

the season is not over until its over. there are 2 games left. anything can still happen. its a shame a club as big as man u has to use oldies like scholes and giggs who are way past their peak. man u really parked their bus and have 0 shots at goal against city? i never thought it'll ever happen especially under SAF.

fergie got what he deserved...he sent out a negative team to defend the lead and he has the cheek to say he plays to win at every match?
how can he sent a team out to win with park, giggs and scholes in the midfield and benched valencia and ashley young and wellbeck?
first its city dramatic collapsed, then its united. I dunno whose title to lose now. it seems like it is city's title to lose if they draw or lose to newcastle on sunday.
