best is tamiya color paint and tamiya cement.
not a builder but saw a shop beside Jurong Entertainment Centre's arcade selling model kits. Whether if its Tamiya i not too sure, sorry. Price also not sure.
Recall a few years back on the top level of Tampines' Century Square, near the cinema, got one model shop too, dunno if it's still there or if they sell Tamiya paints.
