I didnt litter, i walked to the bin just because i didnt want to flick it to the ground.Originally posted by Kenashi:of course, who told u to litter
better yet, who told u to smoke
I am still wonder if what i did was "justifiable" for the fine..Originally posted by Darkness_hacker99:Complain!
besides...no smoking at bus stopsOriginally posted by ChingAlvin:I didnt litter, i walked to the bin just because i didnt want to flick it to the ground.
Smoking anot is of a different context.
I was in the rush... 8.30 lesson and was stopped at 8.50.Originally posted by mhcampboy:Then u shld confront the in charge
But the thing is, i did not, i merely walk past the bus stop to dispose of the finished cigarette.Originally posted by mhcampboy:besides...no smoking at bus stops
Then no choice. Go and appeal....Originally posted by ChingAlvin:But the thing is, i did not, i merely walk past the bus stop to dispose of the finished cigarette.
so u were just walking towards the bin to throw ur butt and they fined u?Originally posted by ChingAlvin:But the thing is, i did not, i merely walk past the bus stop to dispose of the finished cigarette.

fight!!!!!Originally posted by ChingAlvin:
what you meant was you had you last puff outside the bus stop. you walked to the bin (inside the bus stop) to throw away your still burning cigarette but he fined you.Originally posted by ChingAlvin:Was fined for smoking at the bus stop for throwing away my finished cigarette before i entered the bus stop.
The nearest bin was at the bus stop.
I showed the guy who fined me the cigarette which was long finished and burning at the filter.
He said he knew, but he cant let me go coz his in charge was looking across the street (which was confirmed).
Is it justifiable?
