  Event Name : TALK OUT

   Objective : Chalet / BBQ / Games

  Venue: Pasir Ris Home Team Chalet

  1 Semi-D with 4 bed rooms, and parking space for 4 cars. Furnished with a full kitchen, BBQ pits and Sofa! There are basketball courts and tennis courts nearby for those who wish to have some leisure sports.

  

  

   

   Dates : 1st May 2009 - 3rd May 2009 (BBQ on 2nd May 2009)

   Organisers : Callan, Babelfish, Corebooster (By Default), tinuviel07

  Hello everyone,

  On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to extend our most sincere invitation to all of you (people of SG Forums) for the above-mentioned event. 

  We are looking forward to organising this get-together event in the beginning of May, having to enjoy BBQ and games.

  We are in the midst of booking the chalet(s) for the mentioned date, but we would like to start a thread to see if there is a need to book more than one unit, if the response is too good.

  Fee is stated at $35 per person. Before you go WOW at the stated amount, we would like to inform you that we will be holding lucky draws and games with attractive prizes e.g. Micro Hi-Fi, DVD Player, VSOP Martell, Free SG forums premium membership and etc.

  To make sure everyone enjoys this gathering, we will make sure that everyone is well fed and that fun games will be organized for everyone.

  Note:

  1. The collectible fee is indiscriminately based on per attendee. You can either stay throughout the event or stay for one hour, but everyone gets to pay the same amount.
  2. Everyone knows how hard will it be to handle if the crowd gets too big. Thus, we will seal the list of attendees if the participation rate is deemed overwhelming.
