As a friend, he was generous and gave all his wealth to friends who were needy, but because of his straightforward character, he antagonized a powerful eunuch and was banished from the Emperor’s court and exiled as a bohemian wanderer into nature’s beauty. While catching the image of the moon in the waters, he drowned to his death; or perhaps due to mercury poisoning. He is better known asæ�Žç™½ - China's greatest and immortal poet of all times.

the best part is that Li Bai is born in a muslim province near Xinjiang....he could have looked a little like "ang mo" with chinese features....could be very handsome...great poet and swordsman

- 长生 (160 - 209). Born to a family of scholars in times of great warring and political turmoil, he fled after subduing a powerful warlord, and met his sworn brothers, Liu and Zhang at the fabled Peach Garden, and began what was known as their lifelong brotherhood till death do them apart. A fiercely loyal general and warrior of warriors, he upheld the legendary principle that he will never attack anyone from the back. Despite all the praises, gifts and women presented to deflect him from his blood brother, his heart remained with Liu and ended in his massacre. To this day, he is celebrated as the God of War, on the 13th day of the 5th lunar month. He is better known as 关羽，关云长，关公, or Sangharama Bodhisattva.
