Day 10, 10.29am - Woo.. I feel so 'light' today
The tightness in my chest is gone.. I'm sitting by my desk, waiting for the next crave episode to come... But it feels as though it won't be coming anytime soon There're still some symptoms of nicotine withdrawal.. a li'l runny nose.. The desire to smoke is way weaker now - I still remember how crazy it was the first 3 days..

Hmm.. Also, I'm more irritable.. I kinda lose my temper easier these days.. I always try to remind myself that it's just part of this whole nicotine withdrawal thing though..
