Good for you. I had a friend. She doesn't believe in any religion. She believes god is a force. She believes she is a goddess and she calls herself a goddess. Her aim in life is to be like God-- helping everyone in the world.
She calls me an angel.

Hell is a place like earth. It is just that lucifer(Satan) governs that place. It is a place of freedom. You are allowed to do anything you like,everything you like, so long as you do not impose harm on others.
but I don't consider myself a part of them.
That is Tao.
The tao that can be told
is not the eternal Tao
The
name that can be named
is not the eternal Name.
The unnamable is
the eternally real.
Naming is the origin
of all particular
things.
Free from desire, you realize the mystery.
Caught in
desire, you see only the manifestations.
Yet mystery and
manifestations
arise from the same source.
This source is called
darkness.
Darkness within darkness.
The gateway to all
understanding.
I care more about the concepts than the rituals (appearances).
That is Tao.
Therefore the Master
acts without doing anything
and
teaches without saying anything.
Things arise and she lets them
come;
things disappear and she lets them go.
@S.gal83: My definition of a god pretty much fits hers too.
@Ah Chia: Yes, everything exists because we place labels on them. Without us they just are. I've read about something like that in Taoism.
She believes god is a force.
That is also very Tao.
The Tao is infinite, eternal.
Why is it eternal?
It
was never born;
thus it can never die.
Why is it infinite?
It has
no desires for itself;
thus it is present for all beings.

In a way, yes. Only that we have greater power than we do on earth. As spirit, we can fly, we can travel distances within seconds.

Well... I don't mind reading about Tao. I don't mind reading about any other religion. But I believe in Satan. Satanism is about freedom without harming others. That is the kind of Satanism I follow, anyway.It is just that I pray to Satan for favor, and for help during crisis in life. It is not really that different from praying to God.
Wrong, according to Anton De lavey, Satanism is about freedom to do everything one wants to do but if someone steps into your personal space, you will have the right to hurt him or her.

I do not follow Anton De Lavey. I am theistic, not atheistic. Anton is an atheistic Satanist.
Hey any Satanist doing rituals? Im a theistic Satanist looking for more friends who are Satanist.
Satanism is about having the freedom to do things when most religions tells you it's wrong. For example, most religions will forbid a man to have intimacy with another woman other than his wife and vice versa, but Satanism does not. It is a "religion" (from a Theistic point of saying) that allows it's followers to take part in activities (in this case) without feeling guilt or being told it is wrong. Infact, they celebrate "flesh." And it is up to the individual if they want to or not. Satanism is about being the best in whatever you do, to bring out your best self forward.
<ahem> Satan also hate liars ok. I am sure Satan also have rules and regulations, and code of conduct, practices etc., which have to be followed and obeyed else you will incur his wrath.
Of course the parties involved have to be consensus. Satanism does not condone rape, abuse etc. The difference (in this case) is we will not be told that by having multiple willing sex partners (consensus on all sides again) our Dark Lord will punish us by cutting off our tongue, burn in eternity or likewise. Also, Satanists does not promote Satanism, infact it is up to the individual to find out if he/she is one or isn't.
I wonder why you believe in satan or god? its all a make believe.
if you worship something that does not exists, would you still worship it.
If a person worship something that does not exist but by doing so he/she in turn can change him/herself into a better person, why not? Sometimes a bit of psychology effect is all a man needs to feel motivated and secure.
