it was the year 2000. These is great international student recipe for those are on a tight budget or lack of time and may provide substantial energy
Recipe 1 - Fried Rice with cheese slice wrapped in Omelette
Make a normal Omelette put in a cheese slice and set aside.
Fry some chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste and green pepper in a small amount of oil.
Mix some cooked rice with Fried rice paste or powder making sure they are mixed throughly
Add in chopped tomatoes to the frying pan and stir for 4 mins
Dump the rice, turn down the heat and stir through till tomatoes are 3/4 cooked
Wrap the fried rice in the omelette and u are done
*Variation 1: U can add in canned tuna/salmon or fried potato wedges/ Tofu or Vegetables
Just make sure they u cook them before hand as u would with the omelette
*Variation 2: add in precooked meat/fish or chicken , spring rolls , starch crab meat

Recipe 2 - 1 glass Orange Juice or Fruit Juice or Milk
Add in multivitamins and drink

great thing is that without the omlette this can store in the fridge for 3 days worth of rice
whever its meal time, just take out the stored rice and fry the omlette or pototato wedges or meat fish chicken to be added
saves a lot of time if u cook a large amount of rice before hand
the Canned tuna , potato wedeges and vegetables can be done in the microwave when u need them..
just add in and u have a different variation everyday ....
canned fish is good as the fresh stuff...it contains the same amount of nutrients as the fresh ones..
just stock up on tuna in springwater ...tuna and salmon canned fish is a cheap way to get omega 3 nutrients
Breakdown:
Omlette and Cheese - Source of calcium
Rice - source of carbohydrate
Tuna , meat - source of omega 3 and vitamins
potato - source of starch
Vegetables - source of vitamins and minerals
Fruit juice - Source of Vitamin C
Milk - source of calcium

yeah its good source of food but thing is if its not fresh u can get food poisoning.

how can lamb chops be not fresh?
yeah u can add lamb chops to the recipe..thats fine.
but personally speaking in other countries freshness quality control of food products can be shoddy.
In singapore u get fresh all the time cause of the strict controls....
i tot ts was going to say he had instant noodles daily
