i got my first (few) dumplings (zhong zi) today!
my fav kind is the sweet ones with red bean paste filling.
I only like nonya ones, I don't touch others.

My family just buy dumplings. Happy. Not sure wad kind they bought.
Fatty pork then shiok.... but dont too much fat lah...

mum's dumpling is the best. Cater to personal preference.

Among all dumplings I have tasted, my mum's dumplings taste the best. More importantly, she caters to my preferred taste. No fat meat. She will set aside my preferred dumpling for me. Shiok!
Mom no more around so must buy. Mom used tomake Kee Zhang & Ba Zhang.
Always use pork belly fried with wu xiang powder, mushroom and dried prawn and Gao lark.

My house gt 20 dumplings. PPl give one. Yummy. All sorts of dumplings also have.
