Taiwanese ba zhang and hong kong one different from Singapore ones?

I saw the taiwanese bak zhang on TV, they look more or less the same for the traditional type. They have more choices to choose in Taiwan other than the traditional ones. There is abalone bak zhang from hotel in taiwan.
I have tasted the Hong Kong bak zhang, (homemade some more), tasted good and the taste more or less the same as Singapore. In Singapore, some Cantonese wrapped the bak zhang in rectangle shape instead of triangle.

No, but they taste pretty good. I have a photo somewhere when I visited china last year, it was from a dumpling restraurant along a freeway. I liked that it had salted egg yolk in it. I am a sucker for salted eggs.
Now even breadshop sell dumplings.

my fav kind is the sweet ones with red bean paste filling.
I have not try your type of dumpling before. But I personally prefer meat types dumplings during 'dumping day'.
I came back from London after a stint of 3 years, and i miss Sg dumplings so much! It's so different and much more savoury than the ones I found in chinatown London. Of course, I miss the ones my grandma used to make when she was alive. Nowadays, I just go for the simple hokkien salted ones, although the Malacca nonya zhang is so tasty (Nancy's kichen - yummy!).
My favourite is of course my Ah ma's bak chang with mushrooms, pork, gao lak and most importantly - HAY BEE HIAM! Wa that's the besssst...
Second all time favourite got to be Penang GIANT bak chang with salted egg inside... from the stall at japan street :P~~~~~
The dumpling festival over already right?
