SUSTAINABILITY
At SAVOUR, we consistently look for sustainable practices in the process of bringing our festivals to our fans. This year sees SAVOUR working to reduce its carbon footprint in the following ways:
Food waste:
Learn from our chefs as they come up with recipes that use simple ingredients commonly found at home so you know how to make the most of the food you buy.
Recyclables:
We extend the use of recycled bottles to wearables. Look out for the aprons on our chefs this year - they come from plastic bottles!
Building material:
Keep an eye out for our life-sized Lego blocks and we invest, long-term, in a sustainable way to build pop-up festivals like SAVOUR!
COMMUNITY
SAVOUR Festivals serve as the ideal partner for the DBS Live Your Dream initiative, an exciting year-long culinary competition seeking the next generation of home-grown culinary superstars.
The festival platform will showcase aspiring chefs at every edition of SAVOUR, giving them the opportunity to prove themselves amongst the very best in the business.
The goal is to elevate our F&B industry to a global standard, with the winners of the competition getting international exposure and internships at prestigious overseas restaurants.
SAVOUR GOURMET
Our first SAVOUR edition of 2016 focuses on everything culinary - enjoy over 30 original creations at our restaurants, sip your favourite cocktail to the beats of the live music, and sample your way through our specialist Gourmet Market with truly amazing products flown in from around the world.
Exclusive dishes from our award-winning restaurants are now only priced at $6 and $12 so don't miss our first event of the year!
