Well, go for the $1M USD if you are "psychic". Many have tried and failed. The challenge has been started since 1964 and NO ONE has claimed it to date as they failed to prove their "psychic" abilities which they CLAIM they posses =]

You can practise giving readings to people who ask for them. Go see my thread in light of atlantis. I use the tarots. Buit you can try to give readings according to what you see in your head and recieve feedback so you know how accruate you are.

I've been subconsciosly manipulating people's minds... I've actually read minds, once over the 'net (creepy). In short, a lot of whacky, maybe normal maybe weird crap... I've actually seen depictions of history through my dreams as well... which was not pretty.

Ha ha same here. One period of life everyday i dream i get a peek onto what is going to happen tomorrow. Like seeing a photo in my dreams and then seeing the same photo the next day in the newspapers. And i read minds all the time. I don't see into the future anymore nowadays but ocassionally i dream seeing it. But i can still mind read. The opposite of mind reading is mind control, where if someone exerts great emotion into a thought and tells someone, that someone will agree with him regardless of how ridiculous it is. This explains all those mindless idiots at MLM motivational talks and 'ahem' church services. Mind reading is when that someone puts great emotion on their thought and a 'psychic' picks it up but he recognises it not as his own thought but someone elses.

Hi CJ,I used to have alot of dejavus. Dejavus are like a dream that you won't remember yet. But when the scene from the dream comes to your actual life, you'll find it familiar as if you've seen it before.
Eg. I dreamed that this girl is using this color of straw to drink beverage, then a boy with a bicycle pass by. But after i woke up, i forgot about all these. Then a few days later at a fast food joint, i really see the same girl with the same straw and the boy with the bicycle! And i ask myself... how come the scene is so familiar? Like i've been to this scene before.
And my dejavu is quite accurate. It once helped me escape from danger for falling into the drain. Its just so weird about all these.

wow, that's some pretty amazing dejavu... i don't usually get dejavu from dreams, just from stuff i've done before, which is pretty strange...
anws, what's everyone's definition of a psychic? i mean, being able to dematerialize something, manipulating people's minds, moving stuff around with your mind are pretty much the obvious things, but what exactly is a psychic? o_O

I'm not sure how to explain a psychic. Do you believe in it? If yes, why? If no, how come fortune tellers can foretold your past / future? Hmm...
