Well, I think partly becoz since young, they have been shelthered and thus cannot deal with minor setback...With the difference in generation gap, they will complain ppl dun understand them, but they themselves refused to look at other viewpoint, shutting all doors...

the "fire fighting course" is basically rubbish... you go there to learn how to use a fire extinguisher...
something a nimrod can learn in 30 seconds or less...
pull pin, aim nozzle at base of fire, pull trigger, move in sweeping motion until fire is put out
then they let you use the fire extinguisher on either water with LPG gas bubbling through it, or if powder or water extinguisher, some wood set on fire with some petrol..
put it out.. unless you're an absolute idiot, it'll take less than 5 seconds...

good god! Singtel is dumb or what??
i recontracted my broadband with them.. for less than $2 more from my current sub, i get a USB mobile along with a new free wireless modem...
i appeared at one of the singtel places because i happened to be there.. they won't let me collect it because i haven't informed them.. so i called them and got recontracted...
they deliver the thing to me.. via a private courier!! the one with the cat in the logo
now how much is that compared to letting me just collect it over the counter?
so now the courier came... gave me my wireless modem... without the USB mobile thing..
i call them and guess what? the USB mobile thing is to be delivered by SingPost!!
they will only let me collect it.. i ask if i can just go to a Singtel shop to collect as it's much easier than me going to the bloody post office (the nearest one is bloody far away) and they say they can only let me go to the post office to collect... but the helpdesk guy will try to find out if i can collect from a singtel shop and call me back...
this is idiocy!! why don't they just bloody consolidate everything and send it via the private courier.. a USB stick isn't going to cost much more placed in the paperbag containing the wireless modem right??
this is Singtel.. the $*&^# who cost the starhub users the english premier league and inflated prices for the world cup
if this is how they do business... sheesh!!

Don't get me started about the time Singtel got my address wrong....
When I called their hotline to correct the address, the first operator didn't know what to do and passed me on to another operator....
The second operator also didn't know what to do and passed me on to another operator....
The third operator also didn't know what to do.
Just as he was about to pass me on, I exclaimed: 'KNN!!! I JUST WANT YOU PEOPLE TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS!!! LIKE THAT ALSO YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO?!?!?'
Then the operator simply tried to calm me down and asked me for the real address. Problem solved.

eh... talking bus.. you still suffering from ezcema? the itchy type?
mom was telling me that when i was young, i suffered from it... i was too young to know...
after many doctors, an old lady mom met on the way to a doctor told her to do something which cured me
the old lady said to get a "shi-kap" frog.. i think it's one of those 田鸡 frogs, clean up the inside.. that is, use only the carcass and legs.. the body part, remove all the whitish things stuck to the spine and the ribcage...
then put the chopped up frog into a double boiler, put in some yang sheng type of ginseng and a pinch of salt... let it brew for a couple of hours.. then drink the soup...
do it weekly for a few months.. the ezcema should go away.. it did for me after about 3 to 4 months...
worth a try right?

Oh okie.. I'll try.In any case it's not e itchy type but irritating type. It's there but I dun feel itchy unless there's sweat.

it's just frog soup...
and frog is yummy.. however, the soup didn't taste that good according to mom

He said it is too swollen for him to do anything and anything else would just aggravate the situation
